Because this post is all about what I went through when I was searching for the same thing.
I wanted to find out how to gain muscles quickly because I was tired of looking like a walking stick. I was tired of not getting the attention I deserve from others…especially the girls. I was always getting messed around with by other peers. I’m pretty sure you understand what the ‘me’ felt like before. It’s not appealing. That’s why we all want to do something about it!
So I started searching online. I was surprise (I still am) with the vast amount of bodybuilding information I was able to find. I lurked around body building communities like forum.bodybuilding.com & www.muscleandstrength.com/forum/ which I considered the perfect sources for muscle building workout plans and nutrition.
Next thing you know, I began patronizing the gym nearby where I live and added protein shakes (Optimum 100% Whey Protein) to my diet. I worked deligently for about a month… made some gains but I wasn’t satisfied. Like you, I wanted something that works quicker.
The hilariously embaressing part is… Instead of being consistent and sticking at it at the gym, I got distracted and ended up wasting time searching, reading and archiving more information. I just needed something concrete which I can follow and get results in a short period of time.
If there’s something you want to take from reading this, here’s something you should take note of and learn from my experience. Sure there are many great bodybuilding and nutrition plans online. But you don’t need them all. You just need one proven workout plan and you are good to go. Do only what matters! Don’t waste your time!
But I must admit though… getting sidetracked made the creation of this site possible. Because not long after, I found a really good and effective muscle building blueprint which I will write a review about it soon enough. Anyway it totally killed my obession to search for more information and brought me back to the gym… 3 months later… I finally got want i wanted. A hot ripped muscular body that makes me feel great inside out.
